Joan Larzac (born Jean Rouquette, in French, Joan Roqueta, in Occitan), born in Sète on 13 February 1938, is a priest, a Languedoc writer and an Occitan literary critic. His work is logically marked by faith and erudition. He directed the literary sector of the Institut d'Estudis Occitans.
He is the brother of the Languedoc writer Yves Rouquette.
