The April 2010 show in Paris, full of sympathy and joie de vivre. Brass and percussion light up the mood with some very "southern culture" tunes. A repertoire nourished by simple, undeniably humane values, which have nothing of the platitudes and circumscribe a path of life. Nadau's songs tell the story of our lives as ordinary people, with their everyday struggles, and that's what makes them so close to us.

The recording was made live, and you'll also find a few introductions to the songs by Joan de Nadau as he takes on the role of storyteller. "It's live, with the sound quality of real life, in other words, with all the imperfections that implies. But we wanted to give priority to the audience singing along," he says.

With a choice of subtitles: none, French or Occitan.
