Dins toun païs d'ivèr (Dans ton pays d'hiver) - Marc Dumas
One can have the right to reject insipid and ridiculous words or adages, which are repeated in a poor popular tradition. Such as "to make love", as if it were a material act to be manufactured, and worse "to make one's mourning", as ridiculous as "to remake one's life"!
Perhaps it is for other reasons that in Provence we do not mourn the death of a child. This is why we cannot take this step, "mourning". In music "il tempo rubato" it is all those moments stolen at the rhythm of the hidden, hidden moments, those moments that we try to listen to again every day in adagio, as the essence of the immaterial value of words. While we live with a pain, whose presence is manifested and renewed every day in a bond of indestructible solitude, this bond does not even speak of resurrection or eternal life, but illuminates perfectly the response of Christ to the sister of Lazarus.
