Corne d’aur’Oc - Volume 1 - Philippe Carcassés
Brassens chanté en langue d’Oc
The songs of the french singer Georges Brassens translated into Occitan language (from Languedoc) by Philippe Carcassés, and some instrumental titles, with traditional Occitan instruments (oboe from Bas-Languedoc, bagpipes "Bodega", pan flute "Frestèu" and diatonic accordion).
Brassens in the language of Oc, interpreted in the language of the pond of Thau by three artists of Sète who take up the challenge: to interpret the great George in the language of Oc. To eat like a macaronade, at the baraqueta, as they say to Sète!
