Aronde (album CD 2017)


Aronde, the new band of the collective Hart Brut, merges the traditional music directories Gascon and Auvergnat by bringing together musicians from both territories. Their first self-titled album was released on September 22, 2017.


Aronde to balance two strong identities, well-tempered musical universes: that of Clémence Cognet and Noëllie Nioulou (the Poufs à Cordes), and that of Thomas Baudoin and Romain Colautti (Artús), respectively from the traditional Auvergne and Gascon repertoires.

Merge two courses that seem perpendicular to each other, Aronde that makes them join in style and without artifice. And if the painter Dali could have seen an illustration of his series of disasters, Terry Riley would not have for all that denied the loops thus created, repeated and repeated again, as to better appreciate the contours without ever losing sight of their foundation.
