This third volume of the collection "Cosina nòstra" bears this time on garden plants and other vegetables. The recipes presented here were mostly collected in the Occitan language and we reproduce them here in their original version, with their translation into French.


The recipes in this book come from the departments of Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne and Aveyron.
